Advanced Health Network, IPA and Recovery Health Solutions, IPA (AHN|RHS) work as one Independent Practice Association with the shared goal of improving the health and wellness of individuals experiencing behavioral health disorders, often further complicated by medical and/or social determinants of health issues. AHN|RHS is a behavioral health network comprised of 48 New York State OMH/OASAS licensed agencies providing comprehensive community-based services to individuals and their families experiencing behavioral health issues throughout the five boroughs of NYC, Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Partnering with insurance plans, medical practices, hospitals and health systems, and other strategic partners, AHN|RHS is dedicated to improving immediate access to quality care and empowering individuals to better manage their health and healthcare needs. AHN|RHS supports a person-centered, integrated health care model that focuses on early detection, prevention and treatment with the goal of avoiding unnecessary emergency room visits and hospital admissions.

AHN|RHS’ Mission is to serve as an organizational catalyst to bring together independent healthcare providers into a self-sustaining, cohesive, integrated behavioral health delivery system throughout the five boroughs of NYC, Nassau and Suffolk counties.
